With a reputation for premium craftsmanship and exceptional client service, we are expanding our team to meet growing demand. We are seeking a diligent, personable Superintendent to join our tight‑knit, high‑performing group. Position Overview This is a key field leadership role for someone who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, solve problems in the field, and represent the company well with owners, architects, inspectors, and project teams. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects in the field. This person will coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, inspections, safety, quality control, and schedule execution. The ideal candidate has experience running high-end residential projects, and is comfortable taking ownership of the jobsite from mobilization through closeout. Responsibilities Manage daily field operations on assigned construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, company crews, and inspections Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager Read and interpret plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards Enforce jobsite safety requirements and company safety policies Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule, budget, or quality Communicate daily with Project Managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors Conduct or participate in jobsite meetings, coordination meetings, and safety meetings Track manpower, materials, deliveries, equipment, and jobsite progress Document daily activities, delays, inspections, photos, and field conditions Coordinate punch list completion and project closeout activities Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe jobsite Qualifications Documented history of residential remodels from $500k to $1.5M and/or new custom home builds from $2M to $4M, verifiable by reference Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite coordination Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage subcontractors and hold teams accountable Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance Ability to use basic construction technology, such as Procore Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass drug test and background check
Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience Company vehicle Performance-based bonuses Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Schedule and Location This is a full‑time, in‑person, salaried role based in Colorado Springs, CO. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Superintendent will be expected to work 45 to 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
