Position Overview The Construction Manager role will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of large-scale telecommunication infrastructure deployment projects, including OSP (Outside Plant), ISP (Inside Plant), and FTTH (Fiber to the Home) networks across the United States. This senior management role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project leadership, exceptional communication skills, and commercial acumen to ensure that all builds are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with established quality and safety standards.   • Oversee the complete lifecycle of network build projects, including survey, design coordination, permitting, construction, testing, and handover.
  • Ensure project milestones are met with strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Manage project financials, cost controls, and progress reporting to senior management.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and subcontractor management across multiple concurrent builds. Technical Oversight
  • Provide technical governance to ensure all network builds comply with client standards, industry codes, and engineering best practices.
  • Review and approve construction drawings, BoQs, work packages, and as-built documentation.
  • Drive standardization of network design and construction processes across all projects.
  • Collaborate with design, planning, and quality assurance teams to ensure technical excellence. Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Act as the primary operational interface between the company and its clients, including ISPs, network operators, and utility partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and local authorities.
  • Support business development and bid teams by providing technical and delivery insights for new project tenders.
  • Ensure effective coordination for permits, rights-of-way (ROW), and regulatory compliance. Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Uphold HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies across all field operations.
  • Monitor quality control measures and ensure compliance with local, federal, and client safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews to maintain build integrity.
  • Drive a safety-first culture throughout the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline preferred, but can be substituted for industry experience.
  • 5+ years in telecommunication network deployment (OSP/ISP/FTTH), with time spent in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in fiber network design and construction management within the U.S. market.
  • Strong familiarity with local regulations, permitting processes, and utility construction standards.
  • Experience managing multi-state or regional deployment programs preferred.
  • Deep understanding of fiber optic network architecture, splicing, testing, and restoration.
  • Proficiency with Auto
CAD, GIS, MS
Project, Primavera, and other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of FTTH, FTTx, and OSP design principles and construction methodologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of telecom construction, permitting, and compliance.
  • High financial acumen with strong cost management and forecasting skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Work Location Work location will be on-site, primarily in Denver, CO, but with the ability to travel throughout the Midwest as needed Pay Annual rates for candidates will vary based on experience level. The expected pay range for the role will be between $90,000-110,000 and will include performance incentives in addition to base salary. Job Type Full-time, salary/exempt
