Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 2+ years of heavy civil, highway, or industrial construction experience Knowledge of safety compliance, project scheduling, and structural engineering workflows Desire to grow within the organization What You'll Do Oversee site operations for bridge, water treatment, renewable energy, and other infrastructure projects Coordinate daily jobsite activities and project schedules Work with engineering teams to resolve field issues and maintain safety standards Track project progress, resources, materials, and costs Communicate with subcontractors and field crews to keep projects moving Use technology and dedicated systems for jobsite reporting and workflow tracking Support project operations across data center, industrial, heavy highway, and infrastructure projects Travel occasionally to project sites in other states for short-term visits If you're interested in building a career in heavy civil construction and infrastructure, submit your application for consideration.
