Job Description

Nationwide Travel Required Bentley Mission Critical is seeking a high-performance Installation Manager to lead rigging and installation operations for large-scale Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) systems across the United States. This role is responsible for managing multiple field crews, coordinating complex site logistics, maintaining world-class safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered with exceptional quality and speed. This is not a desk-management position. We are looking for a hands-on leader that thrives in fast-paced mission critical environments and can manage multiple active installations simultaneously while maintaining accountability, communication, and execution at every level. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple HAC installation crews across active job sites nationwide Coordinate rigging, unloading, staging, and installation of mission critical containment systems Ensure all projects meet Bentley safety standards and customer site requirements Conduct daily safety meetings, audits, and field inspections Drive a zero-incident culture across all projects Manage field schedules, manpower planning, travel coordination, and site logistics Ensure installations are completed with perfect quality and within schedule commitments Coordinate with customers, general contractors, site superintendents, and Bentley project teams Review drawings, installation packages, and field conditions prior to mobilization Identify and solve field issues rapidly without disrupting project timelines Track progress, labor productivity, and installation milestones Ensure crews maintain professional conduct, organization, and high-quality workmanship Assist with training and development of installation personnel Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardized installation processes Requirements Experience managing field installation crews in mission critical, industrial, mechanical, structural, or data center environments Strong understanding of rigging, material handling, and installation sequencing Ability to lead multiple simultaneous projects across different states Proven leadership and autonomous problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Strong safety background and commitment to zero incidents Ability to read construction drawings and installation plans Comfortable working in fast-paced data center construction environments High level of accountability and urgency Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States Ability to work flexible schedules based on project demands Preferred Experience Data center construction or mission critical experience Hot aisle containment installation experience OSHA certifications Forklift, telehandler, scissor lift, and rigging experience Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple crews ERP or digital field reporting experience What We Offer Opportunity to help build AI infrastructure at scale Fast-moving, no-bureaucracy environment Nationwide projects with industry-leading clients Strong leadership team focused on execution and results Competitive compensation based on experience Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding mission critical organization Bentley Mission Critical builds integrated solutions at AI speed.
