In this role, you will be on-site ensuring field crews deliver top-tier construction while strictly adhering to Samsung CX standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate drives field efficiency, supports logistics when necessary, and maintains a high standard of quality control to achieve zero-punch closeout packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily on-site tower construction operations and crew performance. Enforce adherence to Samsung CX standards and industry safety regulations. Drive crew efficiency and accountability to keep projects on schedule. Review closeout packages (COPs) promptly, identifying areas for crew improvement to ensure zero-punch sign-offs. Handle occasional local field errands or parts runs to avoid site delays.

Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience managing cell tower construction in the field. Deep understanding of Samsung Telecom equipment and CX installation standards. Strong knowledge of closeout package requirements and quality audit procedures.

Preferred:

Prior experience working on Samsung and/or Viaero projects. Excellent organizational, communication, and field-leadership skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
