Job Description Reporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring objectives related to budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction are achieved. Lead all aspects of project lifecycle management from award through completion. Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, contingencies, and financial reporting. Develop, maintain, and monitor Critical Path Method schedules while driving subcontractor accountability. Administer owner and subcontract agreements, ensuring contractual compliance throughout project execution. Oversee procurement, requests for information, submittals, and project documentation processes. Partner closely with field leadership to coordinate labour, equipment, subcontractors, and materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders while participating in business development and project pursuits. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience. Proven experience serving as a Project Manager on commercial projects valued at $3M+. Prior experience as a Project Engineer with strong knowledge of requests for information, submittals, procurement, and document control processes. Demonstrated expertise in budget management, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls. Experience within healthcare, education, or institutional construction environments is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members and foster collaboration. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Track record of accountability, professionalism, and successful project delivery.
