Anlance Protection Ltd, is currently looking for candidates to join our team. Agents have the ability to move to other shifts based on availability and time of service. Several training elements may be scheduled during business hours. Positions Start at $ 19.50 per hour , for probationary position. After completing probation step increases are based on performance reviews. Anlance also offers; (at full wages) company paid: certified training courses upon completion of probationary period. Anlance Protection Ltd. has been serving Northern Colorado for over thirty years, with wide range of clientele from governmental, business and private citizens. Site Operation operates 24/7 providing a safe environment for our clients by physical checks of properties, alarm response and escort services. Site Agents use a combination of vehicle and foot patrols to ensure that sites are free of hazards, unauthorized individuals and provide a highly visible presence for deterrence of unwanted activities. These positions are full-time opportunities for our expanding site operations, which is based out of Greeley. Employees start and return from this location. Site operation conducts numerous vehicle checks and completion of needed documents for deliveries and exports. Anlance Protection Agents are responsible for the security and safety of contracted sites, employees, visitors, and vendors. As well as providing exceptional service for clientele. Agents have the opportunity to interact with our clients and the general public by assisting them with questions, directions, incident reports, problems and in emergency situations. Agents make regular contacts on each shift to keep sites free of unauthorized personnel or those loitering. Candidates Must be able to successfully PASS a civil and criminal background check, along with a driver license review, for driving positions. Any felonies and serious misdemeanors will be grounds for removal from the hiring process. All positions are subject to drug testing, this employer follows federal laws regarding marijuana. Candidates must have reliable transportation and not a ride share. This position is a site-based operation, still candidates should expect; to walk long periods a shift to completed needed tasks at client's sites, walk multiple floors of stairs, periods of standing for long periods of time.
