Job Description

Children's Literacy Center is seeking a part-time Site Coordinator for a tutoring site located in a school in Ft Morgan, CO. Are you passionate about reading? Do you want to help children succeed? Do you want to work part-time? Then this position may be exactly what you are looking for. The Site Coordinator typically works around 30-35 hours per month. Time is divided between on-site and administrative duties. This position is within a school setting and the Site Coordinator is onsite two times a week, Mondays & Wednesdays, for two hours each tutoring session, 3:15-5:15 PM. Administrative duties are done from your home and include email communication to both parents and tutors, data management of tutoring sessions, and completion of assessments and reports. This job is best for those seeking to make a difference in the community. The Site Coordinator is also responsible for participating in Community Outreach in an effort to recruit tutors/students.
Job Description:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing a tutoring site. This includes monitoring child-tutor interactions, implementing curriculum, tutor recruitment and communicating effectively and efficiently with parents and tutors. Also, participating in Community Outreach in an effort to recruit tutors/students.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess the ability to work independently in an organized, detailed, flexible, and personable manner. Excellent communication and effective problem solving skills are necessary. Basic computer and phone skills are mandatory. Knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce is helpful. Prior experience working with children is preferred. Background checks will be administered. Must be fluent in English.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
