Description Perform complex project management duties while overseeing the supply and installation of miscellaneous metals Provide overall direction, scheduling, and support to our subcontractors Act as the on-site contact and provide day to day management of all onsite construction activities in accordance with the contract requirements Handle daily coordination including scheduling and inspections Monitor the progress of work during construction and address any problems that may arise Be an active member of the team Manage project development, project schedules, cost estimates, project billings, and conformance to construction industry standards Be the construction liaison to our clients Team with our current project manager to coordinate schedules and project time tables Comply with OSHA safety regulations and stay informed on current regulations Perform daily job site visits and provide updates Coordinate needed resources (labor, equipment, and materials) from start to finish Implement project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project and the company Requirements Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years proven relevant construction management experience 10 completed projects or $3M in completed projects managed Degree in project management highly desirable Ability to read, comprehend, and fully understand construction drawings Advanced reading skills, intermediate writing and math skills required Tekla PowerFab software comprehension highly desirable Adept in Microsoft Suite and other Project Management software Valid Colorado Driver's License and reliable transportation
