Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management :

Supervise Assistant Managers and Customer Service Attendants, overseeing hiring, employee development, performance management, training, and budgeting in collaboration with the Site Manager.

Site Maintenance :

Manage site inventory and service needs, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with the Maintenance team for repairs and projects.

Customer Relationship Management :

Ensure top-notch customer service, resolve customer satisfaction issues, and promote sales of the Unlimited Wash Pass Program.

Work Lead :

Step in as a Customer Service Attendant when needed and fulfill Site Manager roles during absences.

Skills and Abilities Needed:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven leadership experience with a knack for coaching and motivating employees. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Basic mechanical skills for preventive maintenance and repairs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.

Education and Certification:

High School diploma or GED. Breeze Thru Car Wash Basic & Advanced Training (completed within 1 year). Valid identification required.
