Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality work.

Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.

Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets industry standards.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to achieve goals.

The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination Ability to manage subcontractors and lead field teams effectively Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What's on
