Job Description As the Senior Superintendent , you will report to senior project leadership and oversee all field operations for a major luxury hospitality development. The Senior Superintendent will play a critical role in driving schedule performance, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination. Lead all day-to-day site operations from construction through project completion. Manage project schedules and coordinate work across multiple trades. Drive safety, quality, and production standards across the jobsite. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure project milestones are achieved. Collaborate with project management teams to address challenges and maintain progress. Conduct regular site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Mentor and develop field staff while maintaining a positive site culture. The Successful Applicant For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking: Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects. Strong hospitality, resort, luxury hotel, mixed-use, or complex commercial construction experience preferred. Experience managing projects valued at $100 million or greater. Demonstrated leadership of large field teams and trade partners. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality programs. Stable career history with clear progression and long-term tenure at previous employers. Offer Base Salary:
