full-time Position Overview The Director of Construction oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of utility-scale renewable energy construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Construction, this role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, third-party contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead construction execution for utility-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects. Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Manage third-party contractors, vendors, and project performance. Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and manage change orders. Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with contracts, permits, and specifications. Review and approve invoices, budgets, cost-to-complete reports, and project documentation. Provide regular project updates to executive leadership. Collaborate with procurement on contractor selection and long-lead material planning. Interface with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and support project permitting. Lead and develop construction team members while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience). 15+ years of progressive construction management experience. Utility-scale wind and/or solar

construction experience required. Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and contractors. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
