The ideal candidate is a highly organized, talented multi-tasker with strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and superb communication skills. A willingness to learn and work collaboratively to improve processes and procedures, and the ability to balance and prioritize competing demands will serve candidates well in this role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Construction Project Accounting and reporting Procore invoicing, project collections and communications Sales tax reporting and compliance Effective communication with all members of the project team Oversight of and backup for all A/P and A/R functions Software process & procedures, maintenance, and updates Various monthly accounting functions Dedicated, enthusiastic and committed individuals with a desire to be part of something great are strongly encouraged to submit their qualifications.
