Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget requirements. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans. Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to address project needs and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved. Monitor and manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize project efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation of progress and compliance. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Construction - Bridgeport should have: Strong experience in managing construction projects within the property industry. Proven ability to lead on-site teams and work collaboratively with subcontractors. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively manage project schedules and resources. Familiarity with construction documentation and quality control processes.
