Job Description

Job Description We are partnering with a leading organization to identify construction professionals across multiple levels, including Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent . This is an opportunity to support and lead complex commercial and advanced technology construction projects in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial construction, with exposure to technically complex builds such as clean rooms, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing environments. This role is designed to flex based on experience level, offering growth from project support to full project/site leadership. Key Responsibilities Project Management /
APM Focus:
Support planning and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Assist in managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals Track project progress and maintain documentation and reporting Project Manager /
Leadership Focus:
Lead project execution, including budget ownership, scheduling, and resource allocation Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact Drive procurement strategy and oversee subcontractor performance Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success Superintendent /
Field Operations Focus:
Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed per plans and specifications Enforce safety standards, quality control, and site logistics Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site schedules Conduct regular site walks and ensure adherence to project timelines Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Experience level open (typically 3-10+ years depending on role alignment) Background in commercial construction; experience with clean rooms, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing projects is highly preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project lifecycle Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling Technical Skills Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or similar Familiarity with budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Additional Qualifications (Preferred) PMP, CCM, or similar certifications LEED accreditation or exposure to sustainable construction practices Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or mission-critical environments Why This Role This is a unique opportunity to join a growing project team where individuals can contribute at multiple levels, gain exposure to complex builds, and grow into leadership roles within the organization. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
