In this Construction Junior Project Manager opportunity, you'll collaborate closely with the Project Management Team and report to the Director of Project Management while helping coordinate job activities and manpower scheduling across multiple projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Junior Project Manager.
position include:
2-5 years of construction experience (entry-level candidates considered; training provided) General construction knowledge; roofing knowledge is a plus Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (or similar) Strong leadership skills, verbal communication, and multitasking ability Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment Support multiple roofing projects simultaneously, including submittals and meetings Assist with material ordering and deliveries, track costs and schedules, and help monitor subcontractor progress and pay applications
Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
