Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize and software to plan, budget, and execute construction projects efficiently.
  • Coordinate project activities, including and management, to ensure smooth progress.
  • Manage project timelines effectively through strategies to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project success.
  • Utilize and for document management and communication within the project team.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, budget, changes, and risks to stakeholders regularly.
  • Lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • Heavy Equipment Operating experience is a plus. This position may require some seat time on job sites as needed.
  • Proven experience in within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes from pre-construction to project closeout.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
