We are seeking an experienced Mitigation & Reconstruction Coordinator to support our restoration team from job start through completion. Previous restoration industry experience is required. Responsibilities Manage and maintain active mitigation and reconstruction job files Keep customers, adjusters, project managers, and internal teams updated throughout each project Draft contracts, work authorizations, completion documents, and other job-related paperwork Handle collections and follow up on outstanding customer and insurance payments Assist with invoicing, supplements, estimates, and insurance documentation Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, including scheduling, documentation, and invoice follow-up Track approvals, payments, job status, and outstanding items Maintain organized notes, photos, documents, and project records Help ensure jobs continue moving and nothing falls through the cracks Requirements Prior experience in restoration, mitigation or reconstruction Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable handling collections and customer follow-up Ability to manage multiple active jobs and priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Xactimate experience preferred

Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
