As a leader in the restoration industry, we pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly with professionals available 24/7 to assist our clients. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Reconstruction Manager to join our team at SERVPRO of The Windsors. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality in restoration after remediation. Your leadership will be vital in driving our mission to restore properties and peace of mind for our customers.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Evaluate and sell projects Determine project scope of work Create and review estimates Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure proper permits are acquired Create project schedule and timeline Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers Negotiate terms and set expectations Hire, organize, & manage subcontractors, within established budgets Ensure work performed complies with local codes, and scope of work requirements Perform final walk-through with customer
Requirements:
MUST have previous experience construction management experience. MUST have previous experience remediation experience. Proficiency in Xactimate.
