Site Supervisor LSC Company Greenwich, CT Job Details Full-time $100,000 - $150,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Bluebeam Management Construction industry experience Organizational skills Full Job Description Overview Fairfield County based high-end residential construction manager is currently seeking a qualified Site Superintendent to lead a project from start to completion. Duties Open and close site. Daily supervision of construction activities including subcontractor monitoring to ensure timely completion of all work. Assist in the coordination of the job schedule and creating sub-contractor schedules to ensure job is completed on-time and within budget. Supervise inspections, testing, and final punch list completion. Attend regular construction meetings to support efficient communication. Responsible for Quality Control measures to ensure adherence to the project plans and specifications Qualifications & Skills Superintendent experience in residential/commercial projects. Knowledge of industry and OSHA safety requirements. Able to read blueprint. Proficient computer skills, including the use of Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam and team collaborative software. Skilled in multi-trade understandings. Must be able to multi-task and be hands on when needed. Understanding of project schedules and the importance of meeting the milestones of such schedules. Ability to read, interpret and follow procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other related project documentation. Demonstrates good organizational skills, exercises discipline following safety policies, procedures and construction work practices.
