  • Greenwich, you will be responsible for: Managing all day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and ownership teams Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finish installations Conducting quality control inspections throughout the construction process Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination Leading jobsite safety meetings and ensuring OSHA compliance Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings Identifying and resolving field issues proactively Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation Managing punch-list completion and project turnover Ensuring all work meets the company's high-end residential quality standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in residential construction Extensive experience building luxury custom homes and estate residences Strong knowledge of high-end residential construction methods and sequencing Experience managing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishes Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings Proven experience managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience working closely with homeowners, architects, and designers OSHA 30 Certification preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary: $130,000
