Job Description Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Communicate project updates effectively with all stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Support project managers in achieving project goals and objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Construction - Greenwich should have: Experience with custom home construction site management and overseeing project timelines. Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage teams effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards within the building and construction industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
