Known for delivering architecturally significant estates and bespoke homes, they have built an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship, client service, and attention to detail. Job Description As a Superintendent - Construction - Greenwich, you will be responsible for: Managing all day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone completion Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and ownership teams Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finish installations Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction Leading site safety meetings and maintaining OSHA compliance Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination Reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents Identifying and resolving field issues proactively Maintaining daily reports and project documentation Managing punch-list completion and project closeout MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
