Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans to meet client objectives. Select, negotiate with, and manage contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure quality and compliance. Monitor construction progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, contracts, and JLL quality guidelines. Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication. Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics to clients and leadership.
