Hartford, Connecticut job type: Contract salary: $60 - 70 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead early project scoping, feasibility reviews, and constructability assessments to prioritize transmission asset-condition needs and advance projects to shovel-ready status. Drive project schedules, manage scope, and control costs while coordinating cross-functional resources across engineering, outage planning, permitting, procurement, and field operations. Administer preconstruction and construction contracts, managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, desktop requisitions, and technical bid documents on behalf of Our Client. Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and construction contractors, facilitating pre-bid meetings and aligning material/equipment planning with project execution. Report regularly to executive management and key stakeholders on project progress, cost and schedule metrics, safety, environmental compliance, and risk mitigation.
