Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Site Superintendent to lead our field operations. At Orlando Annulli & Sons, our Superintendents are the primary drivers of site success, responsible for managing subcontractors, enforcing safety, and meeting aggressive project milestones. As we continue to modernize our operations, we are looking for a tech-forward leader who can effectively manage job sites using our newly integrated Procore platform.
Key Responsibilities Site Leadership:
Direct all on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to specifications.
Safety & Compliance:
Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain 100% compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Scheduling:
Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure seamless coordination between trades.
Digital Documentation:
Utilize Procore for all field reporting, including daily logs, RFI tracking, submittals, and photo documentation.
Technical Oversight:
Interpret complex architectural and MEP drawings; ensure all work meets our high standards for quality and precision.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors during site visits.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 5+ years as a Site Superintendent in commercial, industrial, multi family or municipal construction.
Trade Background:
A strong technical foundation in carpentry and concrete is highly preferred.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in Procore is a significant advantage. Candidates must be comfortable using mobile devices (iPads) for daily digital reporting.
Certifications:
Must be OSHA 30 certified.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to lead meetings and manage diverse crews.
Compliance:
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to project sites across Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, background check including DMV.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$100,000 - $140,000 (Commensurate with experience).
