Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee restoration rebuild projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate multiple teams, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to all safety and construction regulations to drive project success. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, and budgets. Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high performance and safety standards. Develop detailed project schedules using our project management software; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. Oversee construction estimating using Xactimate to accurately forecast costs and resource requirements; manage project budgets effectively. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards; conduct regular site inspections. Apply for building permits. Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication across all phases of the project lifecycle. Manage project schedules to meet deadlines; oversee construction schedule coordination to optimize workflow efficiency. Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions promptly. Requirements Proven experience managing residential construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment; ability to motivate teams toward common goals. Solid understanding of construction scheduling techniques and project cost management strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail; strong time management skills. Familiarity with contracts negotiation and administration within the context of heavy civil or commercial construction projects. $62,400.00 - $83,200.00 per year
