What You'll Do As our Residential Remodeling Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple high-end remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, communicate regularly with homeowners, and ensure every project reflects the quality and craftsmanship TR Building & Remodeling is known for. Essential Functions Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors and maintain productive, professional job sites. Read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules to keep work on track. Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication and exceptional customer service. Monitor quality throughout every phase of construction to ensure outstanding craftsmanship. Manage project budgets, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and job costs. Conduct weekly client production meetings and provide consistent project updates. Manage punch lists throughout the project to ensure a smooth, high-quality completion. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Open and close job sites on a daily basis. What We're Looking For 5+ years of high-end residential remodeling or construction project management experience (or equivalent leadership experience as a Lead Carpenter ready to transition into project management). Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust with homeowners and subcontractors. Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software such as BuilderTrend (willing to train). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Commitment to maintaining professional, clean, smoke-free job sites.
