Full Job Description Job Summary:
This role is designed for someone who can operate in a dual capacity—working alongside a Superintendent or Project Manager on larger projects or independently managing smaller projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is comfortable being in the field, driving subcontractor performance, and ensuring projects are executed with a high level of coordination, urgency, and accountability—especially within an active hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level oversight of project execution, schedule, and cost Support and guide the project team, including PM and Superintendent Drive accountability across subcontractors, particularly interior trades Lead weekly OAC meetings with clear direction and follow-upMonitor:
Schedule performance Manpower and productivity Risk and issue tracking Ensure alignment with owner expectations and hospital standards Step in to resolve escalated issues quickly and decisively Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including other CMs on siteQualifications:
7-12+ years of construction management experience Experience in healthcare, institutional, or occupied facility projects strongly preferred Proven ability to manage projects independently or as part of a team Strong understanding of interior construction and trade coordination Ability to operate both in the field and at the management level Proficiency with Procore or similar project management tools OSHA 30 preferred.Thanks, HR Team, Tylent Pay:
