ProCore Full Job Description Job Summary:

Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on an active healthcare project at Hospital. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and the ability to manage interior trades in a fast-paced, occupied hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities with a focus on interiors (drywall, ceilings, carpentry, doors/frames)
• Direct and manage subcontractors, ensuring accountability, productivity, and quality
• Enforce daily site presence, coordination, and schedule adherence
• Drive 2-week lookaheads and short-interval planning
• Coordinate closely with MEP trades to maintain workflow and inspections
• Ensure compliance with:
• Infection Control (ICRA)
• Hospital safety protocols
• Phasing in occupied environments
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and proactively
• Maintain daily logs, progress tracking, and photo documentation

Qualifications:

10+ years of construction experience 5+ years as a Superintendent on healthcare or occupied facility projects Strong experience managing interior trades and sequencing Proven ability to push subcontractors and maintain schedule Familiarity with Procore or similar project management platforms OSHA 30 (required)
