Job Description As Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following: Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and coordinate construction activities Conduct site meetings and ensure proper communication across the project team Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout construction Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of construction experience preferred Ground-up multifamily residential or commercial experience required Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field operations Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules OSHA/Safety training preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000.
