Lead custom home projects in CT Reputable GC with long term growth About Our Client Our client is hiring for the building and construction industry in New Haven. Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for seamless execution. Ensure quality control standards are upheld throughout the construction process. Prepare and submit daily reports detailing site activities and progress. Support the handover process to ensure client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Construction - New Haven should have: Experience with managing construction projects within the custom home building and construction industry. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues effectively.
