Relevant Experience Must have at least 5+ years of experience in management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management and program budgeting, and overall project management activities. Have the ability to read and interpret construction documents, as well as communicate effectively with project construction team members. Experience on healthcare projects/facilities is preferred, but not required. Required Skills and Knowledge Ability to provide project construction management support and shall provide decisive direction in regard to business, technical and project management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities. Ability to be responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule. Ability to maintain daily progress reports and inspection reports to ensure timely and effective project oversight for the project. Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, commercial practices and construction standards. Ability to determine compliance of workmanship, materials, equipment and installed work with contract requirements and industry standards. Working knowledge and understanding of building, safety, and environmental codes. Must be fluent in English. Ability to exercise good interpersonal skills. IND002

$80,482.84 - $95,000.00 per year
