This position will require the ability to lift heavy items and secure equipment and material for delivery. This position requires a good understanding of carpentry and the ability to complete an array of tasks such as painting, light carpentry, using various hand tools, material assembly, etc. The ProjectManager will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality standards. Great communication skills is a top prioriry. Applicants should be willing and able to assess progress on projects and clearly communicate with clients the schedule, process,any delays, and maintain client expectations daily. Job Site cleanup. Provide delivery of material and/ or equipment to job sites as needelp resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deadlines. Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives. Support the Projects by overseeing construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Requirements Experience or familiarity with carpentry and / or handyman tasks at least 1 year Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Understanding of project scheduling techniques and tools. Ability to work on-site at construction locations as required. Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
