This person should have a basic understanding of construction practices and be excited to build their knowledge and leadership skills within the restoration and repairs industry. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of repair and restoration projects. Support project scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Communicate professionally with homeowners, clients, vendors, and team members. Help maintain project documentation, job files, and progress reports. Track project milestones and assist in ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Learn company processes, repair methodologies, and project management best practices. Assist in resolving project-related issues and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Uphold Pro-Klean's standards for quality workmanship, customer service, and professionalism. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional construction, business, or project management education is a plus. Basic knowledge of construction, repairs, or building systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn project management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
