We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our growing Natural Gas Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality project results. This opening is for a full-time position with excellent benefits, all candidates should have at least 5 years of working experience.
Job Duties:
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate closely with clients, inspectors, and project teams to maintain effective communication over the course of a project. Direct, supervise, and manage field crews and subcontractors. Act as the main point of contact between project managers, engineers, architects, and on-site teams. Order and manage construction materials and equipment as needed. Review, interpret, and analyze construction project plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Attend key planning and construction meetings with management and key stakeholders. Implement cost-effective management techniques. Overall Quality Control for the project. Active involvement in bid meetings and production discussions.
Job Requirements:
Construction and underground utility experience a plus. Minimum 5 years work experience in construction management or another similar role. Experience working on natural gas distribution systems is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, and a team player. Ability to interface with construction software applications, experience with HCSS a plus. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction and project management software programs a plus.
