Job Description Oversee daily construction site activities and keep work aligned with approved project plans. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to maintain project schedules. Review work in progress and address site issues to maintain quality and momentum. Monitor site safety practices and help maintain a safe job site for all workers. Track construction milestones and communicate progress, changes, and concerns to project stakeholders. Review drawings and project documents to guide field execution. Coordinate deliveries, materials, and site access to support planned construction activities. Maintain clear site records, including daily activity reports and project updates. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Construction - Norwalk should have: Experience overseeing day-to-day construction site activities. Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Ability to read and work from construction drawings and project documents. Experience tracking job site progress and maintaining daily reports. Knowledge of job site safety practices. Ability to identify and resolve construction issues as work progresses.
