Construction Location:

Oxford, CT area A growing and well-established construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and running safely.

What You'll Do:

Manage all day-to-day on-site construction activities Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades Maintain project schedules, manpower, and material flow Ensure work is completed according to plans, specs, and quality standards Enforce job site safety and company procedures Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Superintendent experience in construction Experience with commercial or multifamily projects preferred Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints Proven leadership managing subcontractors and job sites Solid understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics OSHA certification is a plus
