Job Description
HBRA Home Remodeler of the Year of Eastern Connecticut, Elysian Build is a custom residential builder committed to craftsmanship, trust, reliability, and professionalism. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who takes ownership of projects, leads teams effectively, and uses strong control systems and documentation to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and experienced in luxury residential construction. This is a 40-hour, Monday - Friday position. Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Construction, the Project Manager is responsible for the daily coordination and management of on-site activities for residential high-performance building and remodeling projects. This role is proficient in quality, scheduling, and communication. This role require organization, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction with a carpentry focus, are comfortable with construction PM software, and excellent problem-solving skills. Qualifications and Skills Experience with Project Management Software (e.g. Buildertrend, Procure). Is able to develop, monitor, and implement a critical path for each project and task and effectively assign crew members to complete it. Has a good understanding of all trades involved in construction, their responsibilities and the sequence of their involvement. Experience Maintaining and actively using project control documents to track budgets, schedules, selections, change orders, and project progress Experience managing custom homes or luxury residential projects.Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of high-performance building techniques, framing, finish carpentry, and energy-efficient construction. Ability to read construction documents and follow layout. Osha 10 required (Osha 30 preferred).Skills:
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Job Type:
