Construction Project Manager OTB Acquisitions LLC Waterbury, CT Job Details Full-time 5 hours ago Qualifications Management Operations management Vendor management Schedule management Construction project planning Full Job Description Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met Conduct regular job site visits and inspections Review construction progress and quality control Work closely with ownership, architects, engineers, inspectors, and municipalities Manage scheduling and sequencing of trades Track budgets, invoices, and project costs Assist with permitting, inspections, and construction compliance Ensure projects remain organized, efficient, and moving forward Identify and solve construction issues proactively Maintain detailed project updates and reporting Coordinate material deliveries and logistics Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives Help bring projects from acquisition through stabilization Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience required Experience with multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, or adaptive reuse projects strongly preferred Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and trade coordination Experience coordinating MEP trades, framing, drywall, finishes, flooring, and site work Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Proficient with project management software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools Reliable transportation required Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonuses available Opportunity for long-term growth within a rapidly expanding development company Potential involvement in large-scale redevelopment and multifamily projects
