About Our Client Our client is hiring in the building and construction industry in Waterbury. Job Description Manage daily operations on the construction site to ensure progress aligns with project plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets. Ensure safety standards are consistently met across the site. Monitor quality control and address any issues promptly to maintain project integrity. Communicate project updates and progress to relevant parties, including clients and senior management. Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Resolve any on-site issues or delays effectively and efficiently. Support team members to achieve shared objectives and maintain a collaborative work environment. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Construction - Waterbury should have: Experience managing ground up construction projects, including coordinating teams and schedules. Managing projects budgets above $3M Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
