About Our Client Our client is a nationally recognized, privately held real estate developer, general contractor, and Owner's Project Management (OPM) firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in the multifamily sector-their core focus and area of deep expertise. While headquartered in Maryland, the firm is actively expanding into new regions! Their Connecticut construction team is in a pivotal, growth-oriented phase-building a local footprint with the support of a tight-knit, family-oriented group. This smaller regional team offers a collaborative culture where comradery, work-life balance, and a people-first approach remain central to operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, vertically integrated leader in multifamily development during its New England expansion. Job Description Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress. Communicate effectively with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise. Maintain and update daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools. Assist with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes. Enforce company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects. Multifamily project experience heavily preferred Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Offer Competitive Base Salary:
$95,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
