We're looking for a hands-on construction professional to oversee day-to-day operations on our job sites. Your Role As a Construction Site Supervisor , you will manage on-site activities from start to finish. You'll coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure each project meets expectations for quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily job site operations to keep projects on schedule and on budget Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries Perform quality control checks and maintain a clean, organized job site Track progress against timelines and key milestones Update schedules, job logs, and material needs using project management tools Partner with Project Managers to resolve challenges and keep projects moving Lead client walkthroughs and ensure a positive homeowner experience Enforce job site safety and compliance with building standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or similar field role Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Familiarity with tools such as CoConstruct and Microsoft Office (training available) Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Residential construction experience preferred (commercial experience considered) Ability to commute daily to job sites within
