Our Superintendents work diligently to ensure each home under their supervision is progressing smoothly by keeping a close eye on each step of the process and that it is done correctly according to the requests of our customers. These team members must be organized, carefully attending to even the smallest of details. Excellent communication is essential. The superintendents contact the homeowners weekly to update them on the progress of their home and to set the expectations for the construction progress for the following week.
