FIELD SUPERVISOR (Roofing Siding Construction)

Job Overview Growing Roofing and Siding Company servicing major developers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor in the Ocean City, MD / Millsboro / Laurel / Lewes and surrounding locations to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, knowledge of roofing and siding. This role requires hands-on involvement on construction sites, the ability to climb ladders, work at heights, lift and carry materials, do inspections, make minor repairs and coordinate various tasks to meet project deadlines. Duties

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee roofing and siding application, and other construction tasks. Make repairs when needed
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding project status, challenges, and resource needs. Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of various construction techniques including roofing and siding.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients alike.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
