A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Qualifications Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required 5+ years' experience in construction, comfortable with building houses Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results Take initiative and seek responsibility Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors Compensation/Benefits Industry leading compensation Complete benefits package Positive work environment Interested?
