Construction Manager- Superintendent Wilmington, Delaware Our client, a large construction management firm located in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Construction Superintendent with demonstrated expertise in ground up commercial, retail, and multi-family development to join their team. The Superintendent will plan, supervise, and direct the building aspects of each project in order to meet budget, quality, time, and safety objectives . The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and within budget. This includes coordinating all team members as well as any third-party contractors in order to complete projects according to plan. Requirements

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in ground up construction (multifamily and commercial experience preferred) Experience leading projects. Experience working in a fast-paced environments. Experience ensuring OSHA compliance and Safety are first. Strong subcontractor relationships and supervisory skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must have excellent time management skills and ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor, with a passion for the construction industry
