Construction Superintendent / JP Morgan Chase Hours for this position: For approximately 4 to 5 months will be, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Working hours will then return to 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Superintendent Position Description:
The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants as required to successfully complete the project on schedule, within budget, and with the highest degree of customer satisfaction This includes supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities Good communication skills written and spoken. The Superintendent is involved in the constructability review through the project close out and may be called upon to assist the project management staff with bench marking and evaluating the project constraints, and assisting with conflicts and obstacles that may occur, and assist the team in achieving project completion. Participate in startup meetings. Supervise all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Coordinates all material and equipment required at the jobsite to ensure a continuous flow of activities. Manages, reports, monitors, and keep field production notes and files utilizing Procore. Direct the workflow consistent with the project schedule and assign tasks in a proper sequence so that work is completed safely, and efficiently. Coordinate with the Project Manager to set up and monitor the construction schedule. Continually strives for Zero Injury on all projects.
Note:
Initial working hours for this position will be from 3 p.m. to11 p.m. for approximately 4 to 5 months. Working hours will then return to 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in commercial general contracting Must have experience in mid / high-rise buildings in a Corporate Environment Project lead experience Hours for this position: For approximately 4 to 5 months it will be, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. then it returns from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thank you!
McKissack Construction Pay:
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
