Job Description
Since 1964, PortionPac Chemical Corporation has focused on one idea: cleaning should be safer, simpler, and more consistent for the people doing the work. Our pre-measured cleaning systems were designed to remove guesswork from dilution, reduce chemical hazards, and make training easier across large and complex facilities. We are seeking a Regional Manager in the Northeast to help organizations successfully implement these systems, support customer programs, and grow our presence. This role combines education, relationship management, operational walkthroughs, and business development, working with customers in state, county and local correctional facilities, halfway houses, juvenile facilities and other state agencies. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with customers across the region Conduct facility visits and operational walkthroughs to support program success Provide education and training on cleaning systems and processes Work with people at all levels, from executive leadership to officers and frontline cleaning teams Identify opportunities to expand programs with existing customers Develop new relationships within the region Conduct and support new customer implementations Participate in regional industry meetings and trade shows Who You Are You enjoy working with people and helping teams improve how they operate You are comfortable teaching and presenting to groups You can move easily between executive conversations and hands-on operational environments You are organized, practical, and comfortable solving real-world problems You prefer building relationships and growing them rather than pure cold-calling sales Qualifications Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience in janitorial services, sanitation, facilities management, or related industries preferred but not essential Experience working with institutional or government facilities is helpful but not required Strong communication skills Willingness to travel within the assigned region Valid driver's license Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What We Offer Competitive base salary Quarterly bonus program Company vehicle Medical, dental, and life insurance Flexible spending accounts PTO 401(k) Profit sharing
